Content Engine
My role
I write, record, and publish across the Kilo Blog, YouTube, social, and outside publications. Some of it explains the product. Some of it helps developers make sense of what's happening in AI.
I also coordinate partner stories and guest articles around releases and industry news, so useful work reaches people beyond our own channels.

My role
I plan, produce, and speak at developer events, from multi-city tours to weekly hackathons and live workshops. For All Day AI, I worked with a volunteer team to bring together 140 speakers and 12,313 registrants.
I handle the less visible parts, too: speaker communication, production, and the recordings and write-ups that make an event useful after it ends.

Community Programs
My role
I built an open-source sponsorship program supporting 700 projects and helped grow Kilo's Discord to 15,000 members. I built the admin tools to manage these programs as they grew.
The Champions program gives our most active developers a voice in the community's direction. Across these efforts, Kilo reached 26.4k GitHub stars and trended on GitHub five times.

Partnerships
My role
I bring model providers and platform teams together for joint content, product partnerships, and events. That includes webinars with NVIDIA and Anthropic and campaigns with MiniMax and Tencent.
My part is finding the shared story, getting the right people involved, and turning the relationship into something useful for developers.

Launches/GTM
My role
I coordinate the writing, demos, videos, and partner distribution for major releases. Kilo has earned four Product of the Week or Month wins on Product Hunt.
I plan what happens before and after launch day, then track whether it brings people back to the product. Weekly active users matter more to me than an announcement's view count.
Results
- 4x Product of the Week/Month on Product Hunt
- Blog, video, social and partner distribution loops
- Sustained >10% WoW Growth across all product areas
- Coverage in major PR outlets
- Mentions by notable figures like Theo.gg, Elon Musk, Peter Steinberger, and more
